The White Swan provides the perfect setting for weddings, private parties and conferences in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. The function room provides a very flexible space for up to 70 people - dividing in two for smaller events, with both areas equipped with multi-media enabled plasma screens.

More intimate private lunches & dinners for up to 16 people can be held in the Snug. This is situated in the most historic area of the hotel, adjacent to the bar. With a wide range of food and drinks options to suit any occasion, our highly trained staff will ensure that your event runs like clockwork.
