Change a Booking
If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.
Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.
Flexible Rate/Weekend Special Rate - If cancelled by 12 noon the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Advance Rate - For Advance Purchase bookings, full payment will be taken at time of booking, and is non-refundable or transferable.
The hotel does not have a car park. There are two accessible spaces for residential guests with a blue badge – these can be accessed via the gates on the right hand side of the Winsor Street Surface Car Park (details for this Car Park below). You need to arrive via Windsor Street which avoids the one way system.
Drop off parking is not available at the front of the hotel. Use Windsor Street, CV37 6NL if you are using a Sat Nav.
There are two main options for parking near the hotel:
Pay and display – Windsor Street Surface Car Park - Recommended for all guests, from £1 for 30 minutes up to £14 for 24 hours. This is directly to the rear of the hotel, around 50 yds from reception, just off Windsor Street on the left end side immediately before the “Picture House” cinema.
Pay and display – Windsor Street Multi – storey Car Park - Recommended for residential guests, from £1 for up to 1 hour, £10 for up to 24 hours. This is also off Windsor Street on the right-hand side, adjacent to the coach park. This car park is around 200 yds from the hotel.
