All 41 of our beautiful bedrooms are unique, but you will find some commonalities, each offers stylish four-star accommodation, and all of our rooms feature our luxurious 1600 pocket sprung mattresses covered in the finest Egyptian cotton linen. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV, complimentary toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities, with fresh milk.

Character Room
Located in the oldest part of our Grade II listed building, our character rooms are a stunning, harmonious blend of old and new and feature deep-fill copper baths and walk in showers. Centuries-old features combine with modern touches - adding up to a very special stay indeed. Each Character room has different features such as a coffee machine, 4 poster bed, chaise lounge or sofa within the room, plus bathrobes and slippers. For a little more space to spread out in, opt for one of our beautiful Grand Double Rooms. Special and spacious, our Grand Rooms also afford you the luxury of a bigger bathroom - offering a beautifully deep roll-top bath and separate shower accompanied with bathrobe and slippers, the perfect way to wind down after a day's sightseeing in Stratford.
Our Grand Rooms can also be arranged to accommodate families, with the addition of a rollaway bed. All of our bedrooms are different in size, shape and décor, so if you wish to book a specific room or need an extra bed for your family, please contact us directly.

With double beds and well-appointed en-suite shower rooms, our Cosy rooms make an excellent base from which to explore the local area. Rooms include flat-screen televisions and 1600 individual pocket spring mattresses, not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night's rest and a wonderful relaxed stay.
Our Cosy double rooms have limited space and are more suited for solo travelers or short stays.

A little smaller than our Character rooms, but beautifully presented nonetheless. As with our standard Character rooms, the Romeo and Juliet Cosy Character Room is also located in the oldest part of our Grade II listed building, and is a stunning, harmonious combination of old and new. ACCESSIBLE ROOMS
Our Accessible Classic rooms marry style and comfort to make your stay in Stratford as relaxing as possible.
We have two wheelchair-accessible rooms, They have 6ft zip-and-link beds that can be made up for either twin or double occupancy.
Located on the ground floor the accessible rooms have wider doorways to the bedroom and bathroom. Wet room facilities are also available in our accessible bedrooms.

Our deposit policy differs based on the rate type booked.
For Flexible Rate bookings, no deposit will be charged.

Children
Children under the age of 2 using a travel cot can stay free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12 will only be charged for any additional meals such as breakfast.
Children 12+/Adults charge for extra bed @ £35 per night inc. breakfast .
No children under 18 are allowed to stay without an adult.
Please note that not all of our rooms can accommodate extra beds, so please contact us directly if you require an extra bed or travel cot in your room.

Parking
The hotel does not have a car park. however there are two main options for parking near the hotel:
Pay and display – Windsor Street Surface Car Park - Recommended for all guests, from £1 for 30 minutes up to £14 for 24 hours. This is directly to the rear of the hotel, around 50 yds from reception, just off Windsor Street on the left hand side opposite HR Coffee bar.
Pay and display – Windsor Street Multi – storey Car Park - Recommended for residential guests, from £1 for up to 1 hour, £10 for up to 24 hours. This is also off Windsor Street on the right hand side, adjacent to the coach park. This car park is around 200 yds from the hotel.
Drop off parking is not available at the front of the hotel. Use Windsor Street, CV37 6NL if you are using a Sat Nav.
We have an electric car charging point for use by residents; this needs to be pre booked and users will need to use the “Pod Point” app, where a charge for use will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.
Flexible Rate - If cancelled by midday the day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Advance Rate – Pre-paid, non-refundable rate. If cancelled or in case of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.
Change a Booking
If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.
